These Terms of use govern your use of AzadBazar (azadbazar.af and the AzadBazar phone app, together "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What AzadBazar is
AzadBazar is a free classified ads marketplace. It lets people in Afghanistan advertise things they sell and contact each other. AzadBazar is not a party to any sale: we do not own, inspect, store, ship or pay for the items, and we do not handle payments between buyers and sellers.
Your account and your ads
- You must give a correct phone number and details, and keep your login to yourself.
- You are responsible for everything you post. Only post items you own or are allowed to sell, with your own photos and a true description and price.
- Do not post the same ad again and again, and do not post ads that are not about a real item or service for sale.
- Our team (and automatic checks) review ads. We may edit, hide, refuse or remove any ad, and close accounts that break these terms, without notice.
What is not allowed
- Weapons, drugs, stolen goods, fake or counterfeit goods, human beings or organs, and anything that is illegal in Afghanistan.
- Scams: asking for money in advance for something you do not have, fake offers, phishing, or collecting other people's personal data.
- Insults, threats, hate, adult content, or anything that harms other people.
- Photos or text that belong to someone else, or that show other people without their permission.
- Trying to harm, overload or break into the Service, or using robots to copy it.
Meeting and paying safely
Meet in a public place, check the item before you pay, and never send money in advance to someone you do not know. Report ads that look wrong with the Report button on the ad. We cannot be responsible for what happens between users.
Prices and market values
Price information on AzadBazar (market prices, value of a car, phone or property) is calculated from the asking prices of ads. It is only a guide, not an offer, a valuation or advice.
Our content and yours
You keep the rights to your ads and photos. By posting them you allow AzadBazar to show, translate, resize and promote them on the Service and on our social media pages. The AzadBazar name, logo and design belong to AzadBazar.
No guarantees, limit of responsibility
The Service is provided "as is". We try to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be without errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, AzadBazar is not responsible for losses that come from ads, from dealings between users, or from the use of the Service.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy. You can delete your account and ads yourself: How to delete your data.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
